old mutual send my husband an sms about a cash back that he will get for being a loyal client,he went to a branch and submitted a bank details and he got a ref CE*** and told that money will be paid into his account within 5 working days andhe was told this on 6/10/2015 and its now 17/10/2015 this money hasnt been paid,We very dissapointed in Old MUTUAL ,IFthis is happening with a small amount what will happen when a member has past on and we have to burry the will be no money as they have *********** staff members who cant do their work,my husband's number is *** and mine ***
