Mr Mabaso

Old mutual is treating my mom in a bad way, my father passed away, we had go to old mutual to request a cancellation so that we can submit it to capitec on March, up to today my mom is still waiting for the cancellation letter. I hate old mutual I used my mom to bury my father. This situation is not different from that one of people being a died body at old mutual. My mom lives in pain because she cannot get that letter for more than two months now.
