I logged a withdrawal 11 Oct 2024 ,they promised that all will be done with19 to 21 days as per their SLA but its the 18 of November 2024 and nothing has been done. Old Mutual now behavior badly as government departments. Hence I will no longer use them nor will I be recommending anybody to use them.
The Roman Empire never fell in one day.
