Its a life cover for my Mom which she past on last year May 2024 than I submitted all the docc, than October they send me email they want Doctor report 3 to 5years and the Doctor send the report that she was not seek for that 3 to 5years they want he only have from 2023 to 2024 so now my problem it's they busy sending same thing time and again i send same documents money than 3 times even went to the branch more than 6 times, so also the doctor tell them where must they get that report if the decced was not seek even now they not saying anything
