Most useless company ever - do not call back, nor can assist when you call

I have been trying for weeks to get someone from Old Mutual to contact me regaridng my policies. I called again today, pushed to 3 different departments and nobody can assist. Eventually consultant named Nasiphi, Ref *** said she will forward my number to an advisor to call me. NOTHING. When they want your money, they will hound you, but as soon as you want to make changes, or cancel, THEY WILL AVOID YOU! DO NOT INVEST WITH OLD MUTUAL!!!!
