MOST SHOCKING RESPONSE FROM OLD MUTUAL

I have a pension policy in place from 2007 till to date 2016. I'm resigning from the company and requested for my pension fund information in regards to my contribution and company contribution and actual investment growth on my policy. I received statements of the policy from Peter Shabangu broker for old mutual working at ABSA only with 2015 TO 2016 statement of my actual policy. I ask the question that there was absolute zero growth and on the statement it clearly say absolute 100% stable growth. I ask Peter why and he confirm that the policy from 2007 till to date was in a negative growth and this is ridiculous and incorrect. I refer the matter and was advise to speak to Ingrid from old mutual and requested for the info from 2007 till 2016 and she confirmed it cannot be provided and still a statement from 2015 to 2016 with actual growth. I have 3 question that cannot be answered. 1- Member contribution in total from when the policy started till Jan 2016.-?<br> 2- Employer contributions in total from when the policy started till Jan 2016.-?<br> 3- The total investment growth on all contribution from when the policy started till Jan 2016.-?<br> I STILL AWAIT URGENT FEEDBACK.
