Most Pathetic Company nd Service

I hve been trying fir tge last month to contact old mutual nd nobody is able to assist me. The consultant dealing with my policy app left work nobody checks his emails, nobody cn assist me. My premiums hve been goingbup nd up nd I cannot afford them anymore. I need someone to either cancel if they cannot assist or remove the increases. But nobody cn assist. I'm paying for the policy on behalf of my mum nd all the docs nd payments come nd is paid by me. The most disgusting service ever. How does a company run like this? My premium is due to come off on the 20th nd for the last month nobody cn assist me. I just don't hve words! I guess I will hve to cancel or gt the bank to stop the premuim as nobody is able to assist. Thr lady today told me theirs no cancelation email address.
