Most diastrous and disappoint assistance and customer service

<p>i have two education plicies with Old Mutual and completed my request and sent it to them 28th of April - i received my first response 30/04 requesting the policy holder to send their own bank statemnt - now firstly -my id and my marriage certificate was emailed for them to see why the surnames were different - so why ask that question - i called to follow up on the 05th May - spoke to a consultant Jackie- who agter taking my ref # promptly put me on hold for 10 solid minutes, with horrible pipe music blaring in my ears..when she came back she said okay, they will change the name, but their will be no delay in pay out that will be 06th - to date NOTHING - and i still receive invalid queries from a brnda Ntlokwan - spoke to henry on the 09/05 - who no help at all - another 15min call - called again 10/05 - spoke to Ijlaal - who seems to have sorted something - i got a confirmation that payment will be made within 48 hours - called today - spoke to Kayla and it seems the pay out has not even been authorised yet!!! i am so angry im seeing red - I needed that monies to enrol my daughter into priviate tuition classes which costs a fortune and no Thanks to OLD MUTUAL, im going to loose her spot in the calss as its limited availabilty!! disgusting service</p>
