More than useless

The only way OM seems to stay in business is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them such that its impossible to cancel a policy. I have been trying to make contact for 2 weeks to arrange for my deceased father's RA to be paid to my mother - no response to my emails; not answer to my phone call after more than 12 minutes on hold. I am so pleased that I terminated all my policies with OM a few years ago !
