More than 5 years of service

<p>Ive joined old mutual funeral cover for more than 5 years now for my family and extended family and last year i called them to add another member they refused without a reason as they were just playing games until i give up .so last two weeks i ask them again to add my new baby born and they again promising to call and i keep on asking but the answer be i will be called. Last year after refusing to add the member i decided to join other funeral cover for the sake of her and my plan was to pay one funeral cover for the family unfortunately old mutual can not cover all. Am now asking them to pay me back all my contribution so that i can join one to cover all my family members. I cant just quit and leave my monthly R442 which i pay for more than 5 years. Please help me to resolve my problem</p>
