More Disgusting behavior from OLD MUTUAL...Please stay away from this company!!!

Well well again Old Mutual has proved just how disgusting they are!!! After my initial complaint on hello peter I went into the branch..I spoke to the Maxi Investment Call Centre Manager a Mr Kannemeyer who told me in no uncertain terms that I would not get my money unless I do an appeals process in which the top management will decide if my reasons are valid in terms of me wanting to use my money for health procedures...IMAGINE THAT!!! THEY GET TO DECIDE HOW SERIOUS MY HEALTH ISSUES IS...before deciding to let me cancel the contract!!! Anyway I sent through documentation from my state hospital as well as a letter of appeal and was sent a tracking number: [CSCCA***7] that was on 11.07.2019...to date nothing has been communicated to me!! My next step will be to go legal and contact the ombud as I believe that this company is not there to help people but just to take money...Something needs to be done with regards to this company as I can see so many people on this forum are having issues and problems with them!!!!!
