Old mutual, Old mutual,Old mutual last month the 26th of May 2024 I got a call from one of your agents stating that I missed the payment for March 2023 then I made that payment via EFT on the 27th of May 2024.I asked her to change the debit order date to the 25 on all my 3 policies as I've got 3 policies. I checked this morning to see if the money was deducted as per my request, only to find that you deducted R644 can someone explain what's going on as the amount was supposed to be R89.32,R130 and R446.08 .I've been with old mutual for a long time and I never had problems with you but now I'm experiencing problems almost every month Regards Virginia
