Moneyversity : instead of 10 points I am only receiving 1 point after doing a task
Moneyversity points for 2026 are registering as 10 points = 1 cent, instead of 10 points = 1 rand. This is frustrating as there is a discrepancy and the completion of tasks is not being paid accordingly. Even after watching a video or reading an article or using tools on moneyversity , it still shows as incomplete. And when complete only 10 cents?

I still await for OLD MUTUAL to resolve my issue.
Not sure if you understood my query but ,
On the MONEYVERSITY rewards site , my points for this year are 1 point ( 10cents ) per video watched , whereas last year it was 10 points (R1) per video / task.
If you guys are unable to convert my points back to R1 ,
Atleast , reset my entire rewards profile and ensure that I won't encounter the same issues when doing tasks.
RESOLVE ASAP!.
