Money withdrawn from my policy account but never paid in my bank account

Hello Peter ,on the 04th Oct 2022 I withdrew R3000 from my Tax free account and it was withdrawn from my account on their website under my profile. I followed up for 2 months and I was told it was on a clearance dept. In December 2022 I decide to move and cancel all my policies with them however that R3000 is still gone and was never paid to me or reversed back to my policy. Visited walk-ins outlet at Mama Mall twice, even today I am still waiting for that money to be paid in my account. please help me to recover my money from this ********.
