Money withdrawal horror at old mutual

I have initiated a withdrawal of funds and cancellation of the policy almost 3 weeks ago and still today I have not received any communication on the status and I definitely never received the funds.

It is very disappointing since old mutual is quick to take your monies be it paying back becomes a problem.

I must say this has been the most Appalling service, no need for further explanation. I mean alone in 2022 they have received the same complaint over 100's of times from different customers here on hello Peter yet still no improvement.

Your call center do not work, there isn't any help you can get online, I mean at which world do you guys operate your business? I need my money urgently and it is disappointing that I am now becoming part of the statistic I see here on hello Peter.

I am now seeking to move my remaining policies to else where, really this is very disturbing and disappointing.
