Money transfer issues

Hi I received money from my old mutual money on 23 /08/ 22 then I made eft payment to my Absa bank the same day till today I didn’t receive it i tried to call to check what went wrongi even wrote emails sending proof of payment but still i have no answers till today . The reply that i got is they send my quiries to relevant people they are busy checking but they dont reply back i always call or write the email they dont give feedback
