Money taken even after cancelation

I canceled my life cover in November.. Confirmation of cancelation was effective from the 1st of December 2023 but they are still deducting from my payslip.. I called to ask why is it still deducted they told me refund will take place in the next 30 days of deduction.. 30 days has passed and yet they still deducting
