Money schedule out late.

I invested with old Mutual. All I wanted from them was to schedule money out for me every month on the 15th. They have failed me many times last year for 2 months I didn't get my monthly payout and we fixed that I thought it would never happen again. Unfortunately it happened again and I decided to take my whole investment since they fail to payout every month on the 15th. I have been waiting for my money since the 18th of March. Their waiting period is 9 days but today it's the 7th of April and I haven't got my money. What am I supposed to do. I have to pay bills every month. I don't understand what's the hold up especially without any communication. Yes there were holidays but 9 working days have passed. I want my money urgently.
