Money refund

Hello peter i am Qwayede Mlondolozi from Eastern Cape Mt Ayliff, working as a police man in Kokstad KwaZulu-Natal, i have a problem with Old mutual after i found out that I've been paying a policy that i didn't open and i wasn't aware of it for a period of more than two years. I went to Old mutual Kokstad branch before June this year (2024) to address the issue with them, they saw that i was paying the money to them and the beneficiaries of the policy were people that i don't know and they promised to investigate and refund my money back. I don't know how many times I've been visiting them to make enquiries but i don't get any help till today. Hello Peter can you help me get my money back from Old mutual
