Money pay outs

Been 2 years now from when i started my retirement annuity with old mutual...... Resigned from my previous work with a pension fund needed to be payed to them long story short everything went well till my broker told me i can use the money but only for something worth it l....... Came in contact with my broker to release the money to pay my bond etc on my house and only now old mutual coming with stories from the beginning everyhting was incorrect and that youre not allowed to pay money into a retirement annuity from a pension fund......... There service is useless from department to department no help what so ever no customer care service can't assist not even my broken can tell me whats up with old mutual been 4 months now and still nothing from old mutual worst company to deal with will never in my life recommend them not even to my enemy!!!!
