Money not received from atm

I withdrawn money from absa account with my old mutual card never received the funds went to branch received reference MASC*** but still went to branch again but still head office said i must wait as it takes 32 days i cant wait that long for my money as i need thise funds asap is it difficult to receive the funds from absa since 24th feb 2022
