Money missing from my account

On the 5th of March 2022 an amount of R550 was withdrawn from my account. i am a pensioner and receive my pension money on that account. i went to the branch and wanted to know what was going on and was told to go to the police station to do an affidavit which i did. i was told to come back after 2 weeks and was told that they don't know who withdrew the money from my account. i need that money as i am no longer employed and i need that money to survive. that is the only income i have yet there is ***** happening on my account. please help resolve this issue and refund me my money, at the branch they told me there is nothing they can do and that it's gone. tell me, how am i supposed to survive, as we speak i have no food at the house, i had to borrow money from people, is this how the elderly is treated .
