Money is not reflecting and I need to use it.
I deposited money on Thursday the 29th of April, today is the 3rd of May still no reflection on the account. When I call or go to the branch they keep saying it will reflect the next day. How long does it take to get your own money that u deposited in this old mutual money account?

My issue was resolved cz I went back to the branch for answers again. Apparently the deposit to my account was supposed to be sent to bidvest not to old mutual money account hence it did not appear. I am happy the issue was solved but I would urge that the consultants explain to clients that you do not deposit on the account based on what it's written on the old mutual card but you deposit to Bidvest bank. If 5he confusion could happen to me as a youngster imagine what could happen to an older people,other than that I am happy the issue was solved.
