Money from policy
I wanted to withdraw some money from one of my investments via WhatsApp however when I enter the amount the system rejects & it gives me options to email or call centre. I have sent an email on Monday 26 July but got no response so far. I I'm not able to go to a branch since there's taxi shootings & don't have any way to get money. What must I do? Is it the way old mutual treats its clients?
