Money debited off Cancelled account- Phone lines forever on hold- No help received

Hi,

I canceled an account with you guys some time mid month, and still got funds debited from my account yesterday. i've been trying to get in touch with a financial advisor to have the funds refunded however the phone lines are forever on hold.

Can someone please get in touch with me to assist me?
