Money account transactions dispute
My name is Vuyelwa Gumata I went to an old mutual bank in benoni to withdraw cash from their ATM I was very unhappy because I did not receive the full amount I withdrew I logged a complaint with customer service and they emailed me back stating tht I will not receive my money back since the receipt stated tht I received a full amount, which bank takes your money and give a customer tht feedback without a thorough check I am very angry and need my money back back it's my money I want it
