Money Account Suspended

My Money Account has been suspended for 6 days without any access to the funds...i have called Head office multiple times and they say that they have no certain reason why it was suspended and consulted the Branches with no clarification why my Account is suspended...i went inside the Branch today and the Official called Head office they say it is due for verification but there is no turn around time...we cannot even contact them directly...meanwhile i have a debit order mandate with old mutual that will be collected on my payday but i fail to access the funds...the sad part is Old mutual only tells you they will get back to you and they never do.
