Money Account Support is pathetic
Absolutely the most useless bank in the world. Their Money account support is non existent. I have been trying for 3 months now to sort out my mothers account without success. Empty promises,*********** staff, no response when a problem is escalated, power off in the Lakeside Mall branch in Benoni during load shedding.
