Mmakgabo terrible service

Mmakgabo from the reception refused to assist me and a client stating nonsense that Old Mutual doesn’t make allow people to cancel and waiver their policies. She said when one cancels they lose all their money and have to start afresh. I asked for the manager and they said theres no manager on duty 20/08/2025

From walking into the door she mentioned how she was going to ruin my day and put me off. I have the client’s details whom we asked her to assist for verification

I had to run around the whole branch to finally get her name as she refused to hive it to us and she was working without a name tag on.

Maybe it’s because really the manager was not in office.

I will personally go see the manager on the 21st og August as they said they will be present on the day
