Mkululi from old mutual gave me bad service as if I was not a paying client

I have a policy that takes money from my account every month and it's been going for about 3 years now. I called in to update some of my information on the policy, Mkululi from old mutual was taking my information when he asked me for my address I expected to him that I have moved a lot in the last 4 year and I could only remember 2 of the addresses I stayed at. My ID number was right, my cellphone number was right and my full names were right. Then Mkululi started being hostile to me and saying he won't help me if I don't have the correct address. I even gave him my email address that was right. Every month old mutual takes money from my account they don't ask me for this information. If this is happening to me now what will happen if I want to claim in the future
