Mkhululi and is a rude consultant

Your customer service is terrible and why is your consultant Mkhululi shouting at me? and the worst part he hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking. I was transferred to your consultant for my policy cancellation and Mkhululi asked for my home address which I provided and he kept on saying it was not complete AND I TOLD HIM IT WAS. It is the same address that is found on all the documents you sent me via email but for some reason, my home address was just not complete according to him! I tried to explain that it was correct and he became aggressive and started shouting at me I even had to ask why he was shouting at me. I really want to cancel these policies and stop dealing with you guys.
