Missing pension money

My pension fund has disappeared...last evidence I have is from Sanlam retirement on line saying my funds will be transferred to Old Mutual (name of fund) (i.e. Old Genesis fund)...this was in January 2016. When phoned and I spoke with B---...she put me thru to L--- in Super funds. B---- said I had a fund. L--- says I have nothing. Sadly just to confuse the insurers, I married (kept same ID number) and left employer N----- in Apr 2015. Where oh where is my pension fund, oh where oh where can it be....is someone sitting with a nice fat sum of my money?????????????
