Missing money

I went to the branch sometime in May to open bank accounts for my kids, I funded each acc with R100 only to realize a week later the money was not appearing on their accounts, went back to Lenasia branch where I have done the transaction they sent me from pillar to post just to investigate R200 missing on my kids accounts, I have went to the branch more than twice up to date I haven't been refunded no updated on what and where did my money go, I'm asking myself if it's take a company this big to investigate R200 how much more on millions or they taking this for granted because it's a mere R200 for them, for me it is my money that I worked hard for ,and by the time I'm refunded that money how much would I have spent on petrol for going up and down to their branch, I'm so ****ed!
