Missed payment options courtesy call.

Last month our salary payment were made very late round about 20:00 By that time the debit order had already failed because it was done during the office hours. I then received a courtesy call from Old Mutual to notify me of the available options to remedy my failed debit order transaction. I was not aware of such options and did appreciate their thoughtfulness. Well done Old Mutual
