Miss information and **** to by old mutual staff

I visited old mutual at the beginning of the year and was to my savings was on restriction and I cant withdraw.. I was told by the agent to return at the brance in August 2022 ... Thats when my restriction will be lifted ....i waited for months ...I decided to return to the brance in September 2022... Now I have been told an other story by the agent that I spoke to telefonicaly.. they now say I must wait till 2027.. five years!!!!!..only by the grace of God I live...5 years is a long time to wait for my own money...this is very bad from old mutual...i felt like I have been liad to
