Misleading/LIES

The consultant told me she's topping up my existing plan i have for my Mom, to my surprise its a new policy. Which means i have to pay R353 and my long standing policy. 2 separate policies with 2 separate premiums. She said its a R20k policy and its not its R10k. She even gave me 3 different quotes and i selected topping up with R20k, No waiting periods given, i called her back that evening she alluded that i was in a hurry at work hence no explanation. She called from ***. I DO NOT WANT THIS POLICY SOLD FALSLEY. He so called name is Cindi - Policy documents show Maphfumo Nkoko. People like this should be debarred for falsifying policies and misleading people. I dont want this funeral plan.
