Misleading information and now no one responds

I am not satisfied with the service i have received from old mutual in the last few months. On the 6 November i had called in to inquire about maternity benefits, where i was advised that i could claim against physical or functional impairment benefit and i would receive my salary or a portion thereof for the 4 months that i will not be at work and will not be receiving an income. I had advised my financial adviser of this, and when she inquired on my behalf she was advised the same.On Jan 21st my financial adviser advised me she had spoken to someone else at old mutual and now this would not be the case. I called the call center on the 22 Jan and again i was told i could claim and would receive this benefit, i was also on both occasions emailed the relevant forms.I was told on 3 different occasions that i could claim this benefit whilst on maternity, i was not told my premium would be waivered, i was told i would be able to claim against this benefit for my salary which would be loss of income during this period.I had all the forms filled at my own cost and time.I intend on taking legal action against old mutual for loss of time, income, being mislead causing me emotional stress.
