Misleading information

I had a loan with Old Mutual of in April 2024 I was informed telephonically and via WhatsApp app that my loan is coming to ending on month end September 2024, which I was excited and even increased the final payments to be R1510, Clifton confirmed that loan will be paid up. On the 3rd October 2024 I contacted Old mutual and I taken from pillar to post and eventually got connect with Yandiswa Vakala and I told her to check with my I'd number if there is any arrears on the load I had with them and she confirmed No mam you have paid up and the I requested for a paid up letter , which she did sent me. Come month end October 25 , R1510 was deducted to my surprise Then Monday 28 October I tried calling and was taken from pillar to post again and I remembered that I had Yandiswa mail ,I sent her mail to ask why deduction was done if I had paid up and that can they refund back that money and she said I had 2 accounts with them and sent me the same statement I have been using for payments and she told she will ask someone to call me because she is not working with outstanding accounts,until today no one has called I need answers before I reverse payment deducted on 25 October.
