Misleading Financial Advisers

Old mutual financial adviser in year 2000 asked me to include my fience in a funeral plan, I was not even aware that you can do that. Now the person is dead trying to claim as he married with someone I don't have marriage certificate they asking for mine where on earth in SA two will be issued, threatening to close the case. 20 good years paying for being misled tried to take out the guy in 2010 asked for affidavit why all these were not asked when taking the policy. I will cancel the policy and relook at other policy I have with them as there is no truth whatever their advisors tell you and consider cancelling them.
