Misleading and Conflicting Information (Philani Mshololo)

<p>I am so frustrated with Old Mutual Finance, I had a loan with them and paid it up begining of last month, I was told that they will update the crediti bureau within 3 days after payment, which was a lie,I have been contacting them on neumerouse occasions and have been given the run around all the time.After neumerous attempts they finally sent me a paid up letter, but when I contacted the credit bureau I was told that Old Mutual has not updated my details as yet, and there is still arrears showing on my name .I contacted them yesterday and was told that there is still an outstanding balance which made me even more angry, After requesting for them to sort this out I was told that they are doing me a favor.</p> <p>When they want payment they contact you everyday, yet when you need updates they take weeks to respond, I am disgusted in the response and service I have received from them.</p> <p>How can you sent me a paid up letter and then contradict yourself,,,,</p>
