Misleading

<p>I have a problem with Old Mutual. Last year November they sent me an email about the refund that I have to get. I filled all the required forms as per their request. When I contacted them they told me all the refunds will be processed end of December. I called again I was told it will take about 10 days. I sent an email I am told its problems with the system. It is now February nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am thinking to take the matter for Legal advice because I am being played here.</p>
