Misinformation given

I requested a withdrawal from investment on the 8th december was told it would be paid out within 15 days. I now find out that the consultant who did the submission sent the wrong forms initially and failed to tell me that the "additional" form i needed to sign last week was actually to process the claim. Now i wont have any money for christmas at all as i was counting on this money to pay rent and buy food. what do i do now. I am not sure i want to keep investing with Old mutual if they cannot be upfront and sort this out immediately.

So i got an email saying you take my complaint seriously. To date i get no feedback on this withdrawal and i when i phone i get told it will be more days until this is finalised. I was told 7 to 14 days when i started this process, it then went to 15 days and straight after that 20 days and now today it is another 8 to 10 days according to the person i spoke to. Why can i not get a proper response as to when this withdrawal will happen and why am i getting the run around and not a proper answer. what do i tell my landlord when i cannot pay the rent today - you wont even give me a letter to give him showing that i will be receiving money sometime in the future as i cannot even get a proper timeline.
