Misguided by the 'qualified' consultants

<p>There has been contact made with old mutual for a cession of a RA policy which had been held as security. The necessary steps as advised by the consultant had been followed including the documentation requested to be completed. The necessary had been submitted and days later I was told that a cession cannot be allowed on this policy. Such *********** consultants and terrible services rendered by a supposedly 'reputable' organisation. Who is to be held responsible for this money owing to me!!!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
