Misconduct from old mutual

I have a life cover with old mutual including funeral policies with their product named green light since from 2011 they have been deducting from my payslip on monthly basis...now all of a sudden they automatically stopped deducting without any communication.yesterday when i went to the nearest old mutual to check they say my all my policies are inactive.i honestly need help.. My life cover is over a million as it is..let alone funeral policies for my kids..incase something happens to me my family doesn't have money to burry me all thanks to old mutual...kindly help me this is a crucial matter
