Mis information

I recently received an email from old mutual sayin if i surrender my policy i will get a certain amount out of all da amount i hv invested through out da years. And as this pandemic is giving us hard time i needed the money so i surrendered the policy but its been more than a month and there is no pay. I sent an email enquiring about it and da response is because the money in my policy is above 15000 dey can not process the money. I need help because i already canceled the policy and they not saying anything about my money. And in the email they never said the is a certain amount that they can process. They said i will get the money
