Misleading clients, I took life cover with them in 2020 February and I requested for cashback but now they are refusing to pay me back. I wonder if you didn't rob us of my late mother's insurances and if you will ever pay for my children's educational plan. I am 100%sure that you will never pay my life cover to my kids after I die if you are ****ming me of few thousand. Now I get to see why you the one insurance broker that has had people bring dead bodies to your offices. I want my cashback or cancel everything. I have been calling that useless call centre. I did take option of cashback and I remember very well that the blood test were taken in a public space. I should have known by that red flag. I want my cashback now.
