Messed around mindless bureacracy
<p>Wanted to cancel my policy as i could no longer afford it.</p> <p>After a week I get a mail telling me that I must fill in a thousand forms, get it stamped at every question by the police, give them proof af address, bank statements and a whole lot of other nonsense.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a lot of *******, I dont want your stupid policy anymore so cancel it and stop wasting my time and irritating me!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This lot should learn about the customer comes first !!!!</p>
As to be expectd nobody has bothered to contact me, its amazing how Sanlkam could contact me and resolve the problem. Pathetic, arrogant lot I will most certainly never deal with you mob again
