Old Mutual is useless, I left my employer in August, I’ve sent 100 emails called more 30 times with no assistance and the same answer of escalations after escalations to their so called Team Lead but nothing happens, I’ve begged and begged to get my money but no one cares about this request, my previous employer has done their part and you guys are keeping my money for what ????? I contributed each penny with trust to you and you are treating me like you don’t have what’s mine? I’m honestly feeling no trust and being ****med with this service.
