Old Mutual has no business debiting from bank account whatsoever!! especially when I have an active ***** case with their Forensic team which is still being investigated. I had stopped this stupid debit order with them and my bank 3/4 months ago!! OM and their employees are all ********s at this point. They prey on people's hard earned monies. I want my money reversed back to my account immediately!! This is quite upsetting to be honest. I haven't received any feedback from the forensic ***** team. And no one has answers. When I email I speak with different agents all the time and when I contact the call center, they have no idea what's happening. I swear old mutual is running a ****a shop!
