I canceled my policy at old mutual and they still deduct premiums from August till December 2023. I have been sending emails and calls for the past 5 months and they simply don't want to give me my money back and my refunds.
I don't know what to do anymore. They are very rude when I call them and drop the call. This is my reference number :CET*** and policy number.
The person I opened the policy for died this month and the policy is still active but they don't want me to claim also so now I just want my money that I paid from August till December because I canceled the policy in August but they deduct my money till now.
I will not recommend old mutual to anyone because of thier ************* and ***** activities.They are ****mers.

Every 2nd day I must write a review in order to get feedback.
I'm still waiting for a call and for my refund that Old mutual traced 2 days ago but still doesn't want to pay me my money. I don't know why they don't want to pay me my money.
I'm so tired to beg for my hard earned money.
